Call for animated dance film projects
Portland Green Cultural Projects and Animate Projects are developing a programme of activities for 20011/12 around animated dance film, including a curated touring programme of historical and new works.

They are looking for proposals for a new work to be co-commissioned as part of this programme, artists, animators and filmmakers working in animated dance film are encouraged to submit ideas to the Portland Green Cultural Projects commissioning programme.

Please read the commissioning guidelines for Portland Green Cultural Projects' commissioning in dance for how and when to submit.

While the commissioning strand is open year-round with no application deadlines, the commissioning does work in tandem with public funding cycles. Applications to the commissioning fund for the current funding cycle will need to be made by 16 August 2010 for projects that can be delivered by 31 March 2011.
